Clay County ARES Works on Station Installation
Our Clay County ARES group worked on installing the amateur station in the EOC in Brazil on October 27, 2012.
The station will include HF, VHF and UHF capabilities when completed. We mounted 3 vertical antenna structures, and a dipole during the long day.

Here is a little information about National Night Out.
The "29th Annual National Night Out" (NNO), a unique crime/drug prevention
event sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch (NATW), was held on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 (Texas will celebrate on October 2, 2012).
Last year's National Night Out campaign involved citizens, law enforcement
agencies, civic groups, businesses, neighborhood organizations and local
officials from over 15,000 communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories,
Canadian cities and military bases worldwide. In all, over 37 million people
participated in National Night Out 2011.
